Israels & Neuman, PLC Investigates Kristian Finfrock, of Kalos Capital

Have you lost money with financial advisor Kristian L. Finfrock, with Kalos Capital in Evansville, Wisconsin?  We are investigating allegations of customers related to Kristian Finfrock. Kristian Finfrock was a registered representative of Kalos Capital from March 2012 to the present.  He worked at a branch office in Evansville, Wisconsin.  Finfrock also operates Retirement Income Strategies in Evansville.

Brokerage firms like Kalos Capital have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
